Lease, Buy or Sell IPv4

Three ways to work with Parsun, depending on whether you need address space for a term, want to own it outright, or hold resources you no longer use.

Buy IPv4

Acquire registered address space through a structured transfer. We source suitable blocks, run due diligence and coordinate the registry process end to end.

Request Supply

Sell IPv4

Realise the value of unused address space. We assess your resources, present them to qualified buyers and manage documentation through to registry approval.

Request a Valuation

Offer Your IPv4 for Lease

Keep ownership of your address space and generate recurring revenue. We place it with vetted network operators under clear usage and return terms.

Delivered Ready to Announce

Leased space is only useful once it routes cleanly and geolocates correctly. Every Parsun lease includes the operational work, so you can announce from day one.

Own Inventory

Around 100,000 RIPE NCC-registered addresses held by Parsun. No waiting for a third-party seller.

/24 to /18 Blocks

From a single /24 to a contiguous /18 of 16,384 addresses, sized to your deployment.

Flexible Terms

Monthly for short-term capacity, annual or multi-year for long-term deployments.

RPKI and ROA

Route Origin Authorisations created for your ASN, so your announcements validate across RPKI-enforcing networks.

LOA on Request

Letters of Authority issued where your upstreams or IXPs require them.

Geolocation

Set to your market through our geofeed with the major geolocation providers, and updated when your deployment changes.

A Broker That Runs a Network

Most brokers match buyers and sellers. Parsun also operates its own autonomous system, AS31732, on the Internet since 2004, so we assess every transaction on registry, routing and commercial terms together.

01

Registered Broker

APNIC Registered IPv4 Broker, and formerly a RIPE NCC Recognised IPv4 Transfer Broker until RIPE NCC retired its list in 2023.

02

Technical Due Diligence

Registration history, routing history, RPKI status and blocklist records reviewed before any block changes hands.

03

Inter-RIR Transfers

Eligibility, documentation and registry updates coordinated on both sides when address space moves between regions.

04

Supply and Brokerage

We lease from our own inventory or broker between parties, whichever fits the requirement. You get one point of contact either way.

From Enquiry to Completion

A defined process for every transaction type, with one engineer-led contact from first enquiry to final registry update.

2

Available space or matched counterparties, with due diligence findings and indicative terms.

3

Agreement

Scope, pricing, responsibilities and payment terms confirmed in writing.

4

Registry transfer, or lease activation with ROA, LOA and geolocation in place.

5

Handover

Registry records and routing verified, with ongoing support for the term of a lease.

Registry approvals and processing times are set by the relevant Regional Internet Registry and cannot be guaranteed.

How IPv4 Is Priced

Price depends on block size, registry, resource history, transfer eligibility and, for leases, term length. Larger contiguous blocks and longer terms are priced differently from single /24s.

Every quote is prepared for your specific requirement. We do not publish a fixed price list.

Share your block size, preferred term and intended use, and we will respond with availability and indicative pricing.

Due Diligence Before Every Transaction

Before any block is leased, transferred or listed for sale, we review its registration status, transfer restrictions, abuse and blocklist history, routing history and RPKI state.

These checks reduce risk significantly. No review can guarantee how third-party networks will treat an address block in future, so we tell you what we found and what it means.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use RIPE-registered IPv4 outside Europe?

Yes. RIPE NCC registration does not limit where address space is announced. Our customers route it worldwide, and we set geolocation to your market through our geofeed.

What is the minimum lease term?

Leases start at one month. Annual and multi-year terms are available for long-term deployments.

What block sizes can I lease?

From a single /24 up to a contiguous /18 of 16,384 addresses, subject to current availability.

Do you set up ROA and provide an LOA?

Yes. We create Route Origin Authorisations for your ASN and issue a Letter of Authority where your upstreams or IXPs require one.

Can IPv4 be transferred between registries?

Inter-RIR transfers are possible where the policies of both registries allow it. We assess eligibility for each case and coordinate the process on both sides.

How long does a transfer take?

It depends on registry processing, document readiness and the parties involved. We provide an estimated timeline once the requirements are confirmed.

What is the difference between buying and leasing?

A purchase transfers the registered resources to your organisation. A lease gives you the right to use and announce the space for an agreed term, while registration stays with the holder.
